Nicole Wales

Prior to launching Human Tribe (formally known as Emerald City Consulting), Nicole owned and operated three Fernwood Women’s Health Clubs across three locations, employing over 100 staff and contractors. Nicole also has extensive HR and consulting experience at an Executive level, including a role as General Manager Human Resources. Her industry experience includes the hospitality, banking, television and retail industries.

Nicole has a Masters degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations and she is a certified professional member of the Australian HR Institute. Nicole is a HR Coach Network Member – the largest HR Coaching Network in Australia.

After attending a Business Chicks Leadership Gathering on Necker Island in 2015, Nicole is working with Virgin Unite to help bring 100% Human at Work to Australian workplaces. Nicole loves nothing more than working with clients to uncover their needs, develop a strategy and deliver a return on investment. Nicole believes that profit does not need to come at the expense of your people; in fact she believes that your people hold the key to business success.

Molly brings passion and experience to both coaching and facilitation. With an innovative approach, Molly’s melds her managerial experience with her desire to help others reach their full potential. The result is dynamic training and a unique approach within each coaching relationship that promotes positive change. Molly has successfully owned and operated her own businesses and has spent almost 10 years in adult education.

Molly specialises in improving capability through helping others enable positive thinking and mindset change. Molly delivers solutions for Registered Training Organisations, HR Departments and SME’s and corporates. Molly has a passion for training trainers.

Kylie is an international Human Resources (HR) Strategy and Operations Leader with 25 years of HR and Talent Management experience within the Consumer Goods, Financial Services and Hospitality industries working with leading companies such as Kimberly-Clark, Westpac Banking Corporation, Inter-Continental and Hyatt Hotels.

A highly experienced HR Generalist and Talent Management specialist, Kylie has global and regional experience in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, HR Information Systems, Performance Management, Executive Coaching, Leadership Development and Employee Engagement including project managing many global HR Change Transformation projects.

Kylie has a Graduate Diploma Human Resources and Coaching from Sydney University, Executive Coaching Accreditation with the Institute of Executive Coaching and in 2015, became a Member of the Australia Institute of Company Directors (MAICD). Other certifications include Everything DiSC, LifeStyle Inventory (LSI), SHL ability and reasoning assessments, Myers Brigg Type Indicate (MBTI) and a master trainer of the Culture of Accountability Program.

Kylie is passionate about helping companies Find, Keep and Develop Great Talents resulting in a happy and engaged workforce that in turn, drives exceptional business results.

With a background in Operations Management, Small Business Ownership and HR Consultation, Jessica is able to provide a depth of knowledge well beyond the scope of a traditional HR Manager. In addition to her practical experience, Jessica has a Bachelor’s degree in Business (Human Resource Management), she is DiSC accredited and is an enableHR partner.

Jessica is dedicated to partnering with business owners, managers and key stakeholders to ensure legislative compliance, best practice management, and the training and development of team members. She is focused on providing not only the solution, but also ensuring her clients have a practical understanding of their role and obligations as an employer. Jessica is able to provide real solutions with a true understanding of the challenges faced by employers and team leaders.
