We’ll work through the 6-steps of RCA for a live problem you’re are dealing with right now, and you’ll leave the session with a solution that you can implement and evaluate back in your workplace.
By the end of this session, you’ll be able to:
– Understand that identifying the root cause of a problem is key to preventing future mistakes and implementing long-lasting solutions that drive successful business outcomes
– Implement the 6-step root cause analysis tool to identify what, how and why an event occurred
– Identify the root cause and a solution for a live problem you’re dealing with, and make a plan to implement the solution back in your workplace
