Here’s some direct quotes from Gallup’s 2023 State of the Global Workplace Report of what employees want to change around engagement & culture:

- “I would like to learn more things, but the work I do is quite repetitive”

- “Clearer goals and stronger guidance”
In the report, Gallup says “managers are the linchpin of engagement”, with 70% of team engagement attributable to the manager.
These stats are nothing new, neither is the solution – training!
