The Effective Manager Program is a 10-month program where managers learn the essential skills they need to help them be effective when managing. The program is facilitated for cohorts either in person and virtually, for half a day (4-hours) per month for 10-months, with tangible, practical outcomes that can be implemented immediately in the workplace.
The Effective Manager Program offers a unique learning experience where managers from various companies come together as a cohort to work through the program. This platform allows mangers to learn from fellow managers, while working through the specific content delivered through the program. This peer-to-peer learning and accountability ensures maximum commitment and engagement in the program, as well as providing managers the opportunity to expand their network of peers who are all going through similar experiences of management.
While working through the structured program, each manager will report back on their experiences, learnings and share any wins or struggles that they have been experiencing.
